Jiangsu Susa 2023 Annual Training Instructor Evaluation Event

To meet the needs of corporate development, foster and cultivate outstanding training instructors, further standardize training management, ensure training quality, and achieve a scientific and standardized approach to employee training.

On April 13–14, 2023, Susa Company held a training‑instructor competition themed “Enhance Competencies, Strive for Excellence, Strengthen Capabilities, and Drive Development.”

Basic Knowledge of Aseptic Lines

The first session, presented by Zhou Haibo, Deputy Director of the Quality Inspection Department, focused on “Fundamentals of Aseptic Lines.” It covered the significance of aseptic cold filling, the key factors for maintaining an aseptic environment, and the microbial control requirements for aseptic lines, thereby deepening employees’ understanding of the process specifications.

During the event, each instructor prepared small gifts to liven up the atmosphere, and employees eagerly competed to answer the questions posed by the speakers.

Workshop cleaning and disinfection

Yu Zepeng, Director of the Technical Department, used professional terminology to brief company employees on the precautions and requirements for cleaning and disinfecting workshop production lines and equipment.

After the training, all the employees were impressed by his expertise and gave him a thumbs-up.

Equipment Lubrication and Maintenance

“A relaxed training atmosphere” was the feedback from all employees regarding the training led by Bu Dawei, Assistant to the Director of the Equipment and Power Department. Under his clear and accessible explanations, equipment lubrication and maintenance became easy to understand.

Lean Production

Zhang Huiming, Head of the Production Department, stated that this training session was divided into two main parts: the first part introduced employees to the requirements of 5S management and, through case studies, highlighted the importance of the company’s adherence to 5S standards.

Part Two: Lean Production—enabling employees to clearly understand how to effectively control waste and reduce costs in manufacturing.

Personnel System

As the saying goes, “Without rules, nothing can be properly shaped.” The purpose of establishing policies and procedures is to standardize corporate operations and administrative management, regulate employee conduct, and ensure that the company’s development is underpinned by a robust institutional framework.
Jiang Ling, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department, integrated the personnel management system into the workplace through case studies and scenario-based exercises, making it easier for employees to understand and embrace.

Administrative and Logistics

In everyone’s mind, compliance training often feels dull and tedious. However, Li Dan, an administrative specialist in the General Office, broke with convention by presenting the company’s administrative and logistics policies in a lively, humorous, and engaging manner. A rousing “Clap‑Your‑Hands Song” instantly brought the training session to a thrilling climax.

Workplace safety

Chen Yilai, Deputy Director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, used animated videos depicting safety incidents as a starting point to help employees recognize that safety is invaluable. He emphasized that only by continuously enhancing safety awareness can individuals safeguard their own well-being, and that each person bears primary responsibility for their own safety.

Based on employee ratings, the top three winners of this event have been determined:

First place: Zhang Huiming, Head of the Production Department

Second place: Li Dan, Administrative Specialist in the General Office

Third place: Chen Yilai, Deputy Director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department

Not all flowers symbolize love, but roses do; not all stones stand for eternity, but diamonds do; not all trees can endure drought, but poplars can; and not everyone loves to learn, but Susa employees do. Moving forward, we will work with greater standardization, streamlined processes, and enhanced efficiency, steadily cultivating highly qualified professionals.
