In the spirited month of July, filled with the joy of achievements and boundless aspirations for the company’s future, Susa Foods solemnly held its Fourth Equity Incentive Implementation Conference and the 2022 Fiscal Year Dividend Distribution Ceremony on July 14, 2023.

Mr. Liu Baoxing, the company’s founder and chairman, attended the meeting alongside senior executives. In addition, the conference was honored to welcome a distinguished guest: Mr. Zhang Jun from Shanghai Jingbang Consulting. During the session, Mr. Zhang provided a detailed explanation of the equity‑incentive plan, covering key aspects such as the eligibility criteria for participants, specific incentive provisions, vesting schedules, and equity‑based compensation ratios, ensuring that all attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of the plan’s intricacies.

Teacher Zhang Jun provided a detailed explanation for everyone.

Equity‑based incentives serve as a motivational tool for a company’s core management team, fostering long-term alignment of interests and enabling each member to reap greater rewards. By cultivating a sense of ownership, employees become actively engaged in business operations and decision‑making, creating a shared value ecosystem that unites the company’s objectives with individual aspirations. This transformation—from “employees” to “owners”—not only presents a strategic opportunity for corporate growth but also offers an effective pathway for employees to realize their personal values and ambitions.

Since 2019, Susa Foods has launched an equity‑incentive program, under which core management personnel and high‑performing employees have gradually become company partners. As the program has expanded over time, an increasing number of individuals have joined, reflecting the company’s strong commitment to a people‑first philosophy that benefits both employees and the business. This approach underscores a profound recognition and respect for talent. In the 2022 fiscal year, the total dividends distributed under the equity‑incentive plan amounted to RMB 1.2695 million.

Efficient talent development, a broad platform for career advancement, and genuine care for each employee’s growth—these are all reflected most effectively through equity‑based incentives and profit‑sharing. At the conference, Mr. Liu Baoxing, Chairman of Susa Food, distributed dividends to participants in the first, second, and third phases of the incentive program, handing out substantial “envelopes” one by one. Attendees enthusiastically expressed their joy at receiving these rewards.

The most exciting highlight of this conference was the signing ceremony for the fourth batch of equity‑based incentive awards. A total of 17 managerial executives and outstanding employees were selected as recipients of these incentives.

Amid rounds of applause and cheerful laughter, Chairman Liu Baoxing personally signed the agreements and presented them with their equity certificates. We are confident that, through the concerted efforts of all, we will create even greater value for the company and achieve win‑win outcomes for all stakeholders.

During the event, Chairman Liu Baoxing delivered a stirring address, beginning by reflecting on the hardships of the past three years of the pandemic and the profound impact that the volatile trajectory of the modern economy has had on businesses. He underscored that Susa Foods has successfully navigated this challenging period, while wholeheartedly recognizing and commending the contributions of all employees to the company’s resilience.

Mr. Liu Baoxing emphasized: “Everyone must set clear ideals and goals, cultivate unwavering conviction, and press forward with steadfast determination—after all, only with ideals do opportunities arise, and only then can we turn those opportunities into reality. Regardless of the market conditions, your role, or where you are in your career, never succumb to pessimism or give up.” “As for enterprises,” he continued, “first aim to become number one in your industry; study how others have achieved success, and ultimately benchmark against them—then surpass them.” Mr. Liu not only provided a detailed roadmap for future sales strategies but also articulated long-term growth objectives for the company, setting high expectations for every team member: work hand-in-hand with the company, advancing and growing together; demonstrate both moral integrity and professional competence; maintain a spirit of gratitude; and contribute wholeheartedly to the enterprise’s development. He pledged that every employee who dedicates hard work will receive the recognition and rewards they deserve.

The fourth phase of Susa Foods’ equity‑based incentive program and the 2022 fiscal year dividend distribution ceremony were a resounding success. As the saying goes, “You reap what you sow”—only through dedication can one reap rewards, and only through hard work can one enjoy the fruits of their labor. The implementation of this equity‑based incentive scheme goes beyond mere financial dividends; it serves as a recognition of every employee’s contributions, strengthening their sense of belonging and loyalty.

We believe that the implementation of equity‑based incentives will enable more employees and the company to grow together, forge ahead with unwavering determination, pool our strengths, unite as one, and propel the enterprise to new heights.
