Job Responsibilities:
As the company’s business continues to expand, we are seeking several Management Trainees. Following company‑wide training, trainees will be assigned to designated regions to carry out market development activities. Upon successful completion of performance evaluations, eligible candidates may transition into Regional Manager roles; specific geographic assignments will be determined in accordance with company policy.
1. In accordance with the business development plan, visit and engage with target merchants, present the company’s offerings, highlight product and service advantages, negotiate terms, facilitate contract signing, and achieve sales targets.
2. Responsible for servicing and maintaining contracted clients, maintaining effective communication, promptly gathering their needs and feedback, and providing appropriate solutions.
3. Analyze customer behavior data, sales performance, and competitor pricing to develop optimization and upgrade recommendations and plans for product offerings, marketing strategies, after-sales service, and other areas.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher; gender unrestricted; under 28 years old (including recent graduates).
2. Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and coordination abilities, and a keen desire to learn and grow.
3. Passionate about the sales industry, willing to travel on a long-term basis, able to handle significant work pressure; candidates with a driver’s license are preferred.
